Final project-Sara

For our final project we will be interviewing seniors about how the economy is affecting their thoughts about finding a job and a career. We will interview about 3 seniors to see how they are being affected by today’s uncertain economy. We will ask questions like: are you nervous about the job market and about finding a job? what are the most important things to you when looking for a job? i.e. salary, location, job status. Are you worried about healthcare or student loans? Are you thinking about going to graduate school/ are you worried about how you will afford it? Are you willing to work multiple jobs? We will also interview a staff member from the career center to see how many students have come in to get help with finding a job and if it’s more or less than before.
We will also interview a professor from the Daniels College of Business to see what they think about the economic crisis and how it will have an affect on students.
For our video, we are thinking about starting off with a clip from a news station’s anchor saying something to the effect of “this is the largest stock market tumble we have experience since Sept. 11″ and we will also have one of us narrate the the video. We’ll also include one or two pictures.
